Bonded and Insured

We guarantee your security and commit to the highest level of cleaning services for your commercial property and/or facility. Our employees are bondable and are security-cleared through BackCheck, a background checking service. Our company is insured and bonded for up to $5 million. On a daily basis, Tidely provides comprehensive cleaning, janitorial and maintenance services for an average of five million square feet. 

Quality Assurance

We conduct a minimum of one monthly facility cleaning inspection to ensure that standards are maintained. Inspections are carried out by our highly trained supervisors and managers. Inspections document the assessed state of the facility’s cleanliness prior to moving forward with our services, as well as for the length of the contract. This also provides data for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scoring to verify that we are meeting expectations on our side as well as from our customers.
